Our company has newly launched a pipe protective layer scratch tester, specifically designed to evaluate the mechanical damage tolerance of protective layers on polyethylene pipes.
This device is used to apply longitudinal scratches on the surface of the pipe protective layer, and by assessing the scratch depth, it determines the protective layer's resistance to mechanical damage. The equipment is equipped with a precision control system that ensures the scoring tool moves at a constant speed of 100 mm/min, enabling standardized and repeatable test conditions.
The product complies with the standard STO Gazprom 2.4-7.2-1-2019 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Polyethylene Gas Pipes with Protective Coating," and can be widely applied in the quality inspection of gas pipelines. Featuring easy operation and precise testing, it provides pipeline manufacturers with a reliable quality control tool.
The launch of this equipment further enriches our company's testing product line and supports the pipeline industry in enhancing product quality and safety.
